Tips to SIP students

1. If you don’t like the supervisor, listen whatever they said and don’t talk back to them. Apply or not is your choice depending on the rank of his position.

2. Customers are always right. Although you are doing right and they are wrong, you may need to apologize to them if necessary. The apology is not for them, but for you. It would help you build many good images during internship and even working in the real world. Because, you may likely to face with them one day by any chances.

3. Be approachable for any of the senior staffs in the office. They will not call two times just to teach you one simple thing but it could be unsolvable problem for you.

4. Be careful while communicating with customers. Because some of them know that you are new staff and they likely have intention of cheating on you.

5. Don’t wait until they call and teach you new things. Nobody is gonna call you personally just to teach you. You need to be smart to be able to learn from them. So, How??? See carefully when they are doing. On 3rd or 4th time, you may ask them to let you do and check after you have done that. If they don’t allow doing, don’t get angry first (coz if you do, you will know nothing). Help them on their works. Then you will familiar with what they are doing and have a draft idea.
